Plane Transporting Pete Hegseth Forced to Land in UK Due to Crack in Windshield
An aircraft transporting Pete Hegseth was compelled to make an unscheduled landing in the Britain on Wednesday due to a fissure was discovered in the plane's windshield, as stated by an announcement which stated that all passengers were secure.
"The plane touched down based on established safety measures and everyone onboard, including Defense Secretary Hegseth, is safe," a press officer said in a public statement.
He was traveling back from a short visit to Brussels at the time.
This occurrence does not mark the first time that a United States armed forces jet ferrying a senior official has encountered technical problems.
